KITCHENAID MIXER
Once upon a time, I mentioned to ZB that I wanted a hot pink Kitchenaid Mixer. And a few years ago for Christmas, he surprised me with this bad boy!
FAVORITE USES: general baking, homemade bread, shredding chicken, mashing potatoes, whipped cream
Instant Pot
Perhaps the most talked about kitchen gadget of the last few years -- the hype is real. I haven't used my crock pot once since I got this! Mine is the 6-quart one.
FAVORITE USES: anything you'd usually cook low and slow (barbacoa, pulled pork, carnitas), steamed baby potatoes, hard boiled eggs, soups
CUISINART FOOD PROCESSOR
My food processor is HUGE and I love it so much! I use it at least once a week.
FAVORITE USES: energy balls, nut butters, banana "nice cream," shredding zucchini and other veggies
NUWAVE BRIO AIR FRYER
This bad boy was a Christmas gift from my godparents and we love it! It has replaced our toaster oven and makes everything so crispy.
FAVORITE USES: roasted veggies (especially cauliflower and shredded brussels sprouts), reheating leftovers (pizza!), toast, chicken wings, Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocci
KITCHENAID BLENDER
You know this one is just a placeholder until I get my Vitamix :). It works well enough for what I need!
FAVORITE USES: smoothies, blended soups, banana "milkshakes," nutmilk
Anova Precision Cooker (Sous Vide)
I’m still learning how to sous vide, but I will say, this gadget is responsible for transforming a basic venison roast into succulent prime-rib-like steak.
FAVORITE USES: meat. period.

PADERNO Spiralizer
I got my spiralizer back in 2010 before it was all the rage! I've had the same one ever since, even though I accidentally melted the little suction feet on my stove :( It appears they have since UPDATED the model and added more blades, woohoo!
FAVORITE USES: zucchini noodles, carrot noodles, cucumber noodles, curly fries
KITCHENAID Immersion Blender
I bought my immersion blender on sale at a department store and I think it was only like $25!? Mine is this Kitchenaid model and I love it!
FAVORITE USES: blending soups and sauces, homemade ranch, homemade mayonnaise, any salad dressing, blending coconut milk
