Though I'm not currently doing a round, I know that there are SOOOO many people doing the September Whole30 and you guys are KILLIN' IT! You are in the home stretch! In my experience, once you hit the 20-day mark and beyond, there's no WAY you're throwing away all of that hard work for whatever sweet is in the break room that day.
Heading into the weekend, I was thinking it might be helpful to round up some of my favorite Whole30 Maria Makes recipes so you can hit your last week of meal prep STRONG and maybe throw some new dishes into the mix!
I'd love to hear if you try any of these! They have helped me get through some dark Whole30 times :)
I've got you covered with 30 Whole30 recipes in these fun recipe categories:
- DRESS IT UP (dressings)
- SWEETS FOR MY SWEETS (sweet potatoes, NOT dessert!)
- RISE & SHINE (breakfast)
- ON SUNDAYS WE MEAL PREP (lunch meal prep)
- OFFICIALLY SOUP SEASON
- CRAVE-WORTHY CASSEROLES
- STUFF STUFFED IN OTHER STUFF
- CROCK POT WONDERS
DRESS IT UP:
These dressings can help you take meal time to the next level! When you're sick of salads and veggies, maybe all they need is a little dressing up.
SWEETS FOR MY SWEETS:
Sweet potatoes are full of nutrients and will help you stay energized, especially if you are working out consistently during your Whole30! And the possibilities are endless - but roasted is my favorite way to prepare them!
RISE & SHINE:
Kick things off with a satisfying breakfast and you are setting yourself up for success!
ON SUNDAYS WE MEAL PREP:
These recipes can all be made on Sunday so you have lunches ready to go for the entire week! Grab one out of the fridge on your way out the door and that's one less thing to worry about for the day.
IT'S OFFICIALLY SOUP SEASON:
I don't know about you, but as soon as September 1 hits, I start craving soup! Here are a few recipes to help with that.
CREATIVE CASSEROLES:
The recipes in this category take a bit of elbow grease to pull together - meaning they require some homemade sauces or are involved in terms of prep. BUT they are great for mixing up your Whole30 dinner game and they're certainly not what you'd think of as diet food.
STUFF STUFFED IN OTHER STUFF:
Who doesn't love to stuff a bunch of tasty stuff into a potato or an acorn squash or a zucchini!? There's something fun about dinner being contained in a neat little package!
CROCK POT WONDERS:
These recipes can be pulled together with minimal prep work and thrown right into the crock pot! You know the drill - set it and forget it.
